I was in search for a medial malpractice attorney. I called the office of attorney Peter S. Christiansen after I was recommended to him by another very prominent local attorney in Las Vegas. The initial conversation was taken by a man who identified himself as a paralegal and who said his name was Nelson. He was practicing law without a license and acting as an attorney. He was practicing law without a license. He was quoting law. He also was telling me about other customers stories. He was very unprofessional. He is not a licensed attorney and he is practicing law without a license. Listen to the recording below. Nelson was discussing economic damages with me and hospital statutes. He is giving legal advice. And I have proof. He is not allowed to discuss economic damages. He is NOT an attorney.

I called back as I was advised to do by the attorney that referred me to Pete Christiansen advised me to do. He told me that I need to speak to the attorney and not the paralegal as the paralegal does not know the law and that paralegal gave me wrong information about the law. I was given Jonathon Crain who told me that he spoke to EVERY attorney in his office and they all said that they do not want to talk to me about the case and then he hung up on. He was very rude and expressed his words about every attorney with raising his voice.

Shortly afterwards I received a harassing letter in the mail from Peter S. Christiansen today which was full of lies and fraudenly statements. The attorney Peter S. Christiansen threatened to SUE ME!!! Pete S. CHristiansen the attorney is a very disgusting human being. He is suppose to be a medical malpractice attorney. He harasses people who through letters and through his office staff Nelson, and Jonathon Crain.
I never received a call back from an attorney like Nelson the paralegal said he would have an attorney call me back. Kristina never called, no attorney called. Nelson also spoke to me about the attorney in a murder case. He said that I SHOULD KNOW that the attorney is in a MURDER CASE. NELSON ALONG WITH PETER S. CHRISTIANSEN THREATENED ME WITH THE WORDS MURDER.
In the letter Attorney Peter S. Christiansen also mentioned to me capital murder. He is trying to scare me with the word MURDER. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE UP TO UNTIL NOW HEARD OF AN ATTORNEY THREATEN A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER WITH A LETTER TALKING ABOUT CAPITAL MURDER. THIS ATTORNEY PETER S. CHRISTIANSEN IS TRYING TO THREATEN ME AND INTIMIDATE ME INTO THINKING HE IS GOING TO MURDER ME. THERE IS NO REASON WHY HE WOULD MENTION THE WORD MURDER IN THE LETTER HE SENT ME. ESPECIALLY SINCE I AM AN INNOCENT BYSTANDER AND CALLED ABOUT MEDICAL MALPRACTICE. BUT THIS ATTORNEY FELT IT APPROPRIATE TO SEND A WOMAN A LETTER THAT TALKS ABOUT CAPITAL MURDER. EITHER HE IS BRAGGING ABOUT HIS CASE LIKE A FIVE YEAR OLD CHILD. OR ELSE HE IS THREATENING ME AND TELLING ME IN A LETTER THAT HE IS GOING TO MURDER ME. ONE OR THE OTHER.
HE HAS HIS PARALEGAL AND OFFICE MANAGER JONATHAN CRAIN HARASS ME AND YELL AT ME ON THE PHONE. THEN HE SENDS ME A LIFE THREATENDING LETTER.
I would like a WRITTEN APOLOGY AND TELEPHONE APOLOGY FROM PETER S. CHRISTIANSEN due to the unprofessional manner that his office help Jonathon Crain and Nelson treated me AND his own life threatending attorney letter he sent me.
IF I DON'T GET ONE along with an explanation, THEN I AM SENDING THE THREATENING LETTER WHICH PETE S. CHRISTIANSEN SENT ME ALONG WITH THIS WEBSITE ADDRESS TO THE NEVADA STATE BAR FOR REVIEW. HE IS HIRING PARALEGALS (Nelson) and office managers (Jonathon Crain) TO PRACTICE LAW WITHOUT A LICENSE UNDER PETE'S ATTORNEY LICENSE. AND PETER S. CHRISTIANSEN THREATENED MY LIFE WITH THE WORDS CAPITAL MURDER IN A LETTER SIGNED AND DATED BY HIM.
